Your First Class
We want you to feel welcome and at ease when you step into our studio for the first time!
Our instructors are here to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in attending your first reformer class at Palmyra Pilates. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can show you how the reformers work, explain our hygiene practices, introduce you to our studio best practices and share our check-in experience. We look forward to welcoming you to our Palmyra Pilates community.
FORM
Suitable for: first time, beginner, pregnancy and (injuries - subject to clearance) or those who wish to focus on or refine their pilates form. Regardless of age, fitness or strength our FORM Reformer Class is our entry level class and teaches the fundamentals of Pilates in a supported environment. You will gain flexibility, mobility and build strength as you continue to refine your form before moving o our PROGRESSION classes.
PROGRESSION
Suitable for: intermediate, progressive or advanced (not suitable for first time, pregnancy or injuries) Immerse yourself with confidence, energised focus, and intrinsic PROGRESSION. Our professionally trained instructors provide diversity to each class through their individual teaching styles, unique backgrounds and experience. Modifications are included throughout the class to accomodate the individual needs of our community ensuring a rewarding class of progressive movement and mind-body connection.
Private 1:1
Our Instructors are available to teach 1:1 classes if you prefer a more private environment or flexible time. Please email the studio for private 1:1 class enquiries and bookings.
Private Group Class
Whether it be a Hens Party, Corporate Function, Workplace stretch and release or Birthday Celebration with a group of friends. Private Group classes are tailored to suite each group. Please email the studio for group class enquiries and bookings.
