Situated on the doorstop of the historic Port City of Fremantle. Close to the gorgeous Swan River in the established community of Palmyra. This former 19th Century Corner Store exemplifies old architecture - meets - new, without yielding to a complete contemporary aesthetic.
Defined by the hour, the space is a meaningful shell that reflects different hues and moods depending on the time of day. A restrained palette of raw, textured materials engage with, and carry light. The main studio is lined with original parquetry floor and transitions through to an internal void, a private, serene space of calm and tranquility. Local crushed quartz border the void harmonising and bringing balance to the body with a touch of green breathing life into the space.
